I have always believed you can learn anything you are passionate about. After extensive research, I’m proud to be a self-taught designer pursuing my dream full-time. My passion for interior design is a continuous journey of education, strengthening skills, and creating solid relationships with my clients.

Every project is curated with practicality while focusing on your design style and how it integrates into your busy life. Inspiration for all of my design projects is rooted in nature and travel. While design trends are inevitable, I stay at the forefront of them but prefer to keep a classic design as the primary setting for all projects. Organic elements and forms, breathable materials, design experiences, and layered textures are all critical elements of my design style. My extensive portfolio, showcasing various designs, displays my adaptation to all design challenges.

Senior Designer

Amanda is a seasoned professional in high-end design and fashion, specializing in modern contemporary styles. With extensive experience in home design and installation projects throughout the U.S., she excels at blending various materials to create cohesive monochromatic color palettes. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and her dedication to understanding her clients’ needs, Amanda consistently delivers exceptional results.

Residing in the Heights area, Amanda is inspired by her vibrant surroundings, which enhances her creative approach. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and taking her two doodles on adventures, finding joy in new experiences and making the most of her time away from the design studio. Her passion for design and client-focused approach makes her a standout in her field.

Vanessa Riley

Project Designer

Vanessa brings invaluable marketing expertise and design talent to our team. As a mother of three, she understands busy families and creating functional, livable spaces. Her background in high-end closets gives her a keen eye for storage and organization.

Vanessa loves mixing heirlooms with new finds to give rooms a collected, personalized feel. Away from work, you can find her cheering on her kids’ baseball and volleyball games or hitting the tennis courts with her friends. We’re so fortunate to have Vanessa sharing her skills and insights with our clients!

Kendall Rainwater

Junior Designer

Kendall Rainwater is a proud graduate of the University of Arkansas and a budding interior designer. As another self-taught designer joining the MRI team, she has the drive to be a lifelong learner and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces. She has developed her knowledge by diving deep into interior design basics and learning valuable skills such as Sketchup to help provide our clients with a seamless experience. With a keen eye for detail and a heart full of creativity, Kendall quickly makes a name for herself in interior design. Her grandmother’s work inspired her; she was also a gifted designer. Kendall is committed to continuing her legacy by bringing her unique vision to the field and MRI.
