This historic building in Beaumont needed a commercial design facelift. The branding vision included rose gold, pink, and silver.
Surprising these three kiddos with room makeovers was so fun! We did two girls’ rooms and one for the brother.
We did a quick refresh on this home in the living room, seating area (doubling as a play space for the kids), guest room, and master bedroom.
Nick and I spent several months remodeling this project in Tennessee, all the way from Texas! It’s located on beautiful Watts Bar Lake in Spring City, TN.
Nick and I decided to purchase a condo, remodel it, then share it with other families via short-term rentals. We flipped this house in just a few months, on a budget, then furnished it with budget-friendly pieces.
