Phase II of Chateau Cove! Remember the beautiful picture window that was the focus of my last project? Well here is what is on the other side of it!
This space needed very little. It was already made perfect for entertaining. Fireplace, TV and outdoor kitchen. My client had plenty of seating as well. We added a porch swing and some decorative items to bring the indoors out. Or is it the outdoors in? Either way this home is ready for anything!
The porch swing is the perfect place to enjoy the sun or shade… depending on what time of day it is.
This is located right next to the pool. Great place for a drink while the kids swim.
Phase II includes the dining room.
We used the furniture already in the dining room and brought in 2 bookcases she had. I simply added accessories and helped them pick a paint color.
As you can see from the last phase we had a few more things to finish and I wanted to share them with you!
We changed the orientation of the table. It gives the room a cozier feel while still being spacious. New window treatments and my goodness, THAT LIGHT. It’s gorgeous! The walls were painted with Sherwin Williams Mindful Grey. The same color used in the living room and kitchen.
